We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Ticketing Manager to oversee all aspects of ticket sales and distribution for our events. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee ticket sales, including online, phone, and in-person transactions.
  • Manage ticketing platforms and ensure accurate setup of event details.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the event team.
  • Coordinate with marketing and event staff to implement promotions and special offers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Supervise on-site ticketing operations, including box office staff and entry processes.
  • Prepare post-event sales reports and analyze data to improve future ticketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ticketing management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ticketing software and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in live events or entertainment industry ticketing.
  • Background in sales or marketing is a plus.
