About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Artist Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for artists, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a seamless experience at our events. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for artists before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and schedules to ensure smooth logistics.
• Communicate event details and requirements clearly to artists and their teams.
• Manage on-site artist needs, including technical requirements and hospitality.
• Work closely with event coordinators and production teams to ensure all aspects of the event align with artist expectations.
• Handle any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide post-event feedback and maintain strong relationships with artists and their representatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in artist liaison, event management, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry and artist requirements is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event production or technical coordination.
• Background in hospitality or customer service.
