Key Responsibilities
- Monitor event premises to ensure a secure environment.
- Conduct regular security checks and respond promptly to any incidents.
- Control access points, verifying credentials and managing guest flow.
- Provide crowd control during events to ensure the safety of all attendees.
- Handle conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with event staff and emergency services as needed.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably in live events or public gatherings.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergencies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid security license and certifications (where applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in conflict resolution or crowd management.
- First aid certification is a plus.
